1. Program name

The SMS program is called Matthew Wells SMS Communications.

2. Program description

Matthew Wells SMS Communications provides conversational text messages related to services, appointments, estimates, follow-ups, scheduling, logistics, confirmations, reminders, and other operational communications. Messages may be sent in response to your inquiry, request, appointment, ongoing conversation, or other business or service-related interaction.

3. Consent to receive messages

By providing your phone number, texting us first, requesting information by SMS, continuing an SMS conversation, scheduling by text, or otherwise making your phone number available for the relevant communication, you consent to receive SMS and MMS messages from Matthew Wells for the purposes described in these terms.

For publicly listed business or service-provider numbers, messages are limited to one-to-one service, scheduling, estimate, logistics, or operational inquiries. This program is not intended for unsolicited mass marketing.

4. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your requests, active conversations, appointment status, service coordination needs, and follow-up requirements. Some interactions may involve a single message. Others may involve multiple messages over time while a matter is being coordinated.

5. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for SMS or MMS messages according to your mobile plan.

6. Opt out

You can cancel SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. After you reply STOP, you may receive a confirmation message. After that, you will not receive further SMS messages from this program unless you re-initiate contact or opt in again.

8. Supported carriers
