Short version: SMS is used for practical, one-to-one communication. We do not sell SMS opt-in data, phone numbers, or SMS consent, and we do not share that information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

This policy explains how Matthew Wells collects, uses, stores, and protects information connected to SMS and MMS messages. It applies when you exchange text messages with Matthew Wells or receive messages related to services, appointments, estimates, scheduling, logistics, follow-ups, or other operational communications.

4. Consent and opt-in
You may consent to receive SMS messages by providing your phone number directly, texting us first, continuing an SMS conversation, requesting information or scheduling by text, or otherwise making your number available for the relevant communication. We may also contact publicly listed business numbers for one-to-one service, scheduling, or operational inquiries.
5. Opt out and help
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you opt out, we may send one confirmation message and will not send further SMS messages unless you re-initiate contact or opt in again.

We do not sell, rent, or share SMS opt-in data, phone numbers, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

- Coordinate the service, appointment, estimate, or operational matter you requested.

10. Children
SMS communications are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect SMS information from children under 13.
